OUR STORY
In 2018, Jennifer and Ike met at church and developed a friendship. The friendship turned into much more and they married in 2019. Soon after, they began traveling and visiting breweries around the country. Their love of beer grew and they started making plans to open their own brewery.
Jennifer is the Executive Director of Operations for the church she and Ike met at. She loves adventure and being spontaneous as long as there is a plan in place. She is an adult onset runner and triathlete who had the privilege of participating in and completing an Ironman in 2015.
Ike is a retired Navy guy. He is also quite an adventure seeker. After retiring from the Navy, he did a thru hike on the Appalachian Trail. He is also a sailor and has captained his sailboat on adventures to Cuba, The Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Central America and Mexico.

THE FIRST B:
BIBLE
First and foremost, their firmly held belief in Jesus Christ is the anchor of their lives and their relationship. The Bible is our compass that guides our steps in life.
THE SECOND B:
BASEBALL
Jennifer and Ike grew up playing and loving the game of baseball. Jennifer had aspirations of being the first female professional baseball player and Ike also dreamed of playing ball professionally. They still love the game and in their travels try to see as many games, both major and minor league, as possible. After all, it is the Great American Pastime!
THE THIRD B:
BINGO
After meeting, the two would meet at breweries to play bingo and trivia. Although they never had a lot of luck at either, they did enjoy each other’s company and the beer that came with it. Actually, Ike carries a lot of useless knowledge and is a pretty lucky bingo player, while Jennifer writes down Ike’s answers and never misses a number on a bingo card.
THE FOURTH B:
BREWS
The magic elixir! Although their preference in beer is vast and varied, they have some common ground. Jennifer likes flavored brews while Ike prefers the more traditional offerings. The beauty of having some distinguished beer tastes is they don’t have to worry about the other one drinking the last of their favorite beer. But there is enough commonality that they don’t have to have two separate beer fridges!
